Getting help

Write to hello@upandout.app. A person reads it. Tell us your phone model and its Android version, and what you expected to happen.

If the alarm did not ring

This is the one that matters, so tell us as much as you can. We need to know whether the phone was locked, whether battery saving was on, and whether the app was still open. Android manufacturers each handle background apps differently and the detail is what lets us find it.

For a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, write to hello@upandout.app. Deletion is also described on our deletion page.
