Treebook AS (Norway) is the data controller for this website and for UpandOut. You can reach us at hello@upandout.app.

What this website collects

Nothing. This website has no form, no account, no cookies and no analytics. Nothing you do here is stored, and nothing about your visit is sent anywhere by us.

This website sets no cookies

There are no cookies, no advertising pixels and no third party trackers on this site. That is why you were not asked to accept anything.

What UpandOut collects

The app is a separate matter from this website. When you create an account it stores your sign in identity and a display handle. When you complete a morning it stores the record of that morning: the time, the distance, the duration and, if you took one, the photo.

Location is used on your device to decide whether you have left your zone. Your route is recorded on the device so you can see it later. Photos you choose to share with friends are stored in our hosting; everything else stays local to your phone unless you sign in and sync it.

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for all of it to be deleted. Write to hello@upandout.app. Account deletion is also available inside the app and is described on our deletion page.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
